Terms of Service & Pilot Rules

Clear guidelines on what Fullypays is, what it isn't, and how the non-custodial pilot works.

1. Non-Custodial Pilot Structure

Fullypays does not operate a wallet, hold customer funds, or provide loans. In this pilot phase, sponsor pledges represent expressions of support. When payment fulfillment is activated, transactions settle directly into the utility provider's verified gateway.

2. Permitted Obligations & Service Invoices

Eligible requests include outstanding household utility statements (electricity, water, council tax, gas, broadband) and verified essential service invoices (medical clinics, prescription charges, vocational tools, and emergency home/plumbing repairs). Requests must correspond to verifiable, outstanding obligations with an official provider reference. Unverified peer-to-peer personal loans or speculative cash transfers are not supported.

3. Verification Transparency

Verification badges reflect automated arithmetic and supplier route validation. When an external biller does not provide automated validation tools, the request explicitly notes that verification is unavailable.

4. Data Deletion Policy

Users retain full control of their requests. You may withdraw and request permanent deletion of your bill submission at any time through your Dashboard.
